March Madness 2010 is your chance to win $25,000 or other amounts!

It's simple. There's no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary. Just pick up your lucky bracket at any Between the Buns location beginning March 15th, 11:00am. Fill it out, and turn it in by 7:00pm March 17th Eastern time at any Buns location. Sit back and wait for your teams to win. If there is more than one winner per payout level, prize monies will be split evenly. ONLY Brackets issued by Between the Buns restaurants are eligible. Entrants may only pick up one bracket per meal period per day. There will be a limit of 1000 brackets given out at each Between the Buns location. Read all the rules below. By participating, you agree to all of them. Remember: The Madness begins Monday the 15th and all brackets must be turned back in by 7pm on March 17th. *** Note - All rules subject to change without notice ***

Fine Print - aka Rules

1. There will be a maximum of 1 payout for each payout level. In the event of mulitple winners in any single payout level, the prize money will be split evenly between the qualifiers.
2. Entrants may only pick up one bracket per meal period per day. No purchase necessary. Maximum 6 entries per person.
3. There is a limit of 5000 numbered brackets available. Each Between the Buns location will be given 1000 numbered brackets to distribute.
4. Entries must be completed in Black Ink. Entries in pencil will not be accepted.
5. Copies, xeroxes or facimilies will not be accepted. If two entries are turned in with the same sequence number, both brackets will be disqualified.
6. Brackets must be turned in by the specified time above.
7. Entrants may only qualify for one prize level.
8. Between the Buns, CGA and their affiliates are not responsible for lost, misplaced or misdirected entries.
9. Brackets that cannot be read by Between the Buns, CGA or their affiliates will not qualify.
10. In order to qualify for prize reimbursement as described, a submitted entry must contain a MINIMUM OF FIFTY-FIVE (55) WINNERS in the Men’s 2010 NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament.
11. Brackets must include name, address, phone number and email to qualify.
12. Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of Between the Buns or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be INELIGIBLE to participate.
13. In the event there is a winner, CGA may conduct a reasonable investigation including but not limited to requiring the client to produce the Winner and/or Promotion Officials for polygraph examination as a condition to payment of the claim if, in the sole opinion of CGA such an examination is warranted by the facts.
14. Between the Buns and its management has the final decision on the rules. Between the Buns reserves the right to change or modify these rules at any time for any reason without notice.
15. By participating entrant agrees to hold harmless CGA, Between the Buns Restaurants, BTB llc, and all management and staff of those companies.
16. By participating, entrant agrees that their name, photo and likeness may be used by Between the Buns and/or CGA for marketing purposes in the indefinate future.
17. If the form is deemed illegible by CGA or its affiliates, then the entry is considered invalid.
18. Contest open only to US Citizens over the age of 18.
19. By participating, entrants agree to all of the aforementioned rules.
20. CGA has the final decision in the circumstances of payouts and eligibiliy of entrants.
