Beginning January 1, 2005, every food service operation was required to have at least one person certified in food safety on their staff. Between the Buns' trainers have been certified by Prometric Licensing and Examination Services to train and administer the classes to satisfy this criteria at a cost that is affordable. Certification by Between the Buns and Prometric will satisfy local Board of Health requirements for having a Certified Foodhandler on your staff. Still Only $110 per person One Day Training Includes Everything The class is designed to cover the materials needed to pass the class and will only take one day. Two meals (lunch & dinner) and beverages are included. The class will only take one day, however it will be rather intense to cover all the materials needed to pass the certification. Attendees will have to pick up their textbook ahead of time and read in advance to enable this to be a one day class. If you don't want to pick up the textbook at our office, we can send it to you for $5. Class attendance does not guarantee that certification will be issued. Attendees must pass the certification exam at the end of the day. |
