Between the Buns is dedicated to giving back to the areas where we are located. We will accept requests for donations, which may include requests for dining certificates and sponsorships. This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food.

Request submissions should be on your organization’s official letterhead, including the organization’s full name, address, phone and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed and how it will benefit the community. Please submit written requests 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request.

Guidelines

Between the Buns must receive the following information from organizations requesting donations in writing. Requests that don’t meet these requirements will not be considered. All requests must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to your event.

1. Information about your organization including a contact name including address, phone number, fax and email if available, and geographic area where you are located.
2. The exact amount requested and the specific purpose for the donation or how it will be used.
3. A list of any Between the Buns officers, directors or Team Members affiliated with the organization and the nature of any such affiliation, if applicable.
4. A pledge that the organization will not discriminate against those it serves, or in the organization’s use of any donation Between the Buns may make based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or other basis prohibited by law.

How to apply

Submit all necessary information listed above via fax or email. Missing information could delay or cause the request to be denied. We may ask follow-up questions and/or ask you to provide additional information deemed appropriate by the Between the Buns Director of Operations.
